Abigail Olsen

Ballet

Abigail Olsen began her ballet training in her hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia, studying for ten years under the direction of Colin and Sylvia Worth.  While at the Fine Arts Center, Mrs. Olsen performed in multiple productions as a member of the Lynchburg Regional Ballet Theatre, including numerous seasons of The Nutcracker, as well as Coppelia, Cinderella, The Tales of Beatrix Potter, and selections from Swan Lake.  After graduating from high school in 2001, she continued her dance training at Belhaven College, a liberal arts school located in Jackson, Mississippi. While at Belhaven, she performed in both faculty and student choreographed works.  

Mrs. Olsen has been teaching and choreographing for eight years and has recently returned to Wisconsin to continue sharing her love of dance with students of all ages.
